We are deliberately small. The people who scope an engagement are the people who deliver it, which keeps the architecture coherent and removes the gap between what was promised in a proposal and what turns up in the code.

Our work concentrates in regulated financial services, namely banking, lending, securities and insurance. Those sectors look different from the outside, but they share a technical shape: unstructured documents arriving at volume, decisions that must be defensible to a regulator, systems of record that cannot casually be replaced, and audit expectations that shape the architecture rather than decorate it.

That focus is why our discovery phases are short and our estimates hold. We are not learning your business on your budget.
