Insurance
Underwriting-to-claims systems for carriers, MGAs and specialty insurers, the sector our published case studies come from.
Insurance concentrates the same problems as the rest of financial services, namely unstructured document intake, risk decisioning and regulated correspondence, into an unusually document-heavy operating model. It is where most of our published work sits.
Where we work
Submission intake. Reading submissions as they actually arrive, as free-text email with a variable set of attachments, and turning them into structured, quote-ready accounts in the policy administration system. See AI Submission Processing.
Underwriting data. Real-time operational data stores that give underwriters a live view of exposure, capacity and aggregation at the point of decision rather than overnight. See Real-Time Underwriting Data.
Policy administration integration. The layer between policy admin, claims, billing and third-party services, designed so a new product or programme does not require reopening the core.
Claims. Intake, intelligent routing, settlement support and fraud referral, with the decision trail that regulators and reinsurers expect.
Regulated correspondence. Quotes, policies, cancellation and renewal notices generated from one versioned template library, so a jurisdictional wording change is one edit rather than a project. See Outbound Communications Platform.
Carriers, MGAs and specialty
The constraints differ sharply. A carrier’s programme is shaped by its policy administration platform and regulatory footprint; an MGA lives on the reporting it owes its capacity providers. We have delivered for both.
