How we work

Roadmap first. We start by agreeing goals, milestones and the shape of the release train, so there is a shared definition of done before anyone writes code.

Architecture that survives contact with the business. Financial systems live for decades and absorb constant product and regulatory change. We design for that, with clear boundaries, versioned contracts, and the ability to add a product, programme or jurisdiction without reopening the core.

Build in the open. Short cycles, working software in front of you regularly, no surprises at the end. You see progress in the environment, not in a status report.

Working around a system of record

The most common shape of our work is not a replacement programme. It is the integration and services layer that lets you build modern experiences and analytics on top of a core, policy admin or servicing platform you are not going to replace. Getting those boundaries right is what determines whether the core stays a system of record or becomes a bottleneck.
