Two very different conversations get filed under “cloud”. We handle both.

If you are still moving

Migration reduces the datacentre and hardware burden and frees capital for product work. More importantly, it gives you managed services such as queues, search, document intelligence and identity, which would take quarters to build and years to maintain.

We plan migrations around business and regulatory risk rather than technical convenience: what moves first, what gets rewritten versus rehosted, how you run both estates during transition, and how you evidence data residency, encryption and access control to an examiner.

If you are already there and the bill is climbing

Cloud spend drifts. Environments are provisioned for peak and never resized, storage tiers are never revisited, non-production runs at production scale, and nobody owns the total. We assess what you’re running, find the gap between provisioned and needed capacity, and tune it, usually with a meaningful reduction in monthly run cost and no loss of performance.

Regulated workloads

Financial institutions carry constraints most cloud advice ignores: examination expectations, third-party risk management, data residency, and retention rules that outlive the systems holding the data. We design landing zones and controls that satisfy those requirements without turning every deployment into a governance exercise.

Platforms

Primarily AWS and Azure. We work with what you have rather than arguing for a migration between clouds, which rarely pays for itself.
